DESCRIPTION

IEF promotes empowerment objectives and investments in infrastructure projects in South Africa. 

IEF acquired and disposed of equity interests in a coal-fired power plant, a telecommunications company, two toll roads and a renewable energy asset.

IEF was fully realised in 2018 through a structured exit at asset level and a secondary market unit sale for investors.
