New Limpopo Bridge Projects Ltd (NLP) had the concession to build and operate the toll road bridge across the Limpopo River at the Beitbridge border between South Africa and Zimbabwe. The construction of the bridge was completed in a record time of 13 months and was officially commissioned on 24 November 1995. The operations commenced in 1996 and upon reaching the 30 years concession period, the concession expired in April 2014 and the bridge and operations handed back to government.
