Sethekgo Private Party (Pty) Ltd was awarded a 27-year public private partnership (PPP) concession to finance, build, operate and maintain the Department of Basic Education’s head office campus in Pretoria, Gauteng. The 30,000 metres squared, four-storey development that showcases green building principles is situated in Pretoria’s CBD and accommodates the Minister of Basic Education, ministerial staff and the department’s personnel.
