Rainprop (Pty) Ltd is the holder of a 25-year public private partnership (PPP) concession to finance, build, operate and maintain the Department of Trade Industry (DTI) campus in Pretoria, Gauteng. The concession agreement is with the DTI, the Department of Finance and the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality. The 44,000 metre squared office campus consists of five separate buildings, parking facilities and a small amount of street level retail space.
