AIIM entered into a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) with Proton Energy Limited (Proton) for the development of the Proton Delta Sunrise Project, a 150MW combined cycle power plant. Under the JDA, AIIM funds have the rights to a significant majority equity position at financial close of the project.
