AIIM wins Innovation award at 2020 PEA Awards

We are delighted that AIIF3 holding company Beyond Energy has been awarded portfolio company of the year in the ‘Innovation’ category at this year’s Private Equity Africa awards.

Beyond Energy invested in BBOXX across East Africa, to expand rollout of their solar home systems, which power home appliances like lights and refrigerators. BBOXX have also increased access to technology previously unavailable in rural communities, such as satellite television.

The Private Equity Africa Awards reward the best long-term performing management teams across the African continent and we’re delighted to have been recognised by such prestigious industry accolades.
