The two projects, Lot 15 and Lot 18, are part of the Kenyan Roads Annuity Programme, a Public Private Partnership (PPP) programme launched in 2015 to complement government’s efforts to increase the length of paved roads in the country. Each Lot consists of about six separate road sections with an aggregate length of 80km. The scope of work involves upgrading the existing road network to paved standards.
